Christmas Week 2025: The Confirmed Schedule
Usually, the farm shop is strictly closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. However, for Christmas week 2025, Jeremy and the team have added bonus opening days to cope with the demand.

Major Update: Is it Closing in January 2026?
Grand Tour Nation Exclusive: Veteran fans will remember that in 2023 and 2024, the Farm Shop famously shut its doors for the entirety of January and February to allow the fields to recover from the mud.
Good news for 2026: The “Winter Closure” has been scrapped. The official Diddly Squat announcement confirms they will be reopening on Friday, January 2nd, 2026 and plan to remain open through the winter months to handle the visitor numbers.
Note: While the shop is open, the “Big View Café” or food vans may operate on reduced hours depending on the weather. If it’s pouring rain, bring wellies – the car park is still a field.
The Farmer’s Dog Pub: A Safe Backup
If the queue for the shop is too long (or if you just want a pint of Hawkstone by a fire), Jeremy’s pub, The Farmer’s Dog in Burford, has a similar festive schedule.
