Clarkson’s Farm: Kaleb Cooper Shocks Fans As He Reveals First Big Purchase
It’s clear to see from his work on Clarkson’s Farm that Kaleb Cooper isn’t one to sit still. Jeremy Clarkson’s farming sidekick left school at the early age of 16 to pursue a life of agriculture, and from then on he hasn’t faltered once to work hard and make a living for himself and his family.
Kaleb recently posted a throwback photo of himself to his Instagram account, where a 15 year old Kaleb sits happily in a tractor he’d just bought for £5,500.
The caption reads:
“This is a throwback to when I was 15. Bought my first ever tractor costing me £5500 😆 hard work pays off 💪🏻.”
But one commenter questioned his purchase:
“What kind of 15 year old has £5500?!” they asked.
Cooper was quick to hit back:
“The kind that work 18 hours a day ,” he replied.
A fan added: “Absolutely- some kids work and earn money from a young age – really admire this over allowances and no work experience.”
Another also commented: “Well said my 3 year old aspires to ‘have a farm like Kaleb!’ He’s obsessed .”
Kaleb is still struggling to come to terms with his fame after his superb performance on Clarkson’s Farm. He admitted to hiding in the toilets of a cinema after watching a film to let the rest of those attending leave without spotting him. He was also spotted by ex-Prime Minister David Cameron while picking up a Chinese takeaway. Cameron tried to talk to him, but Kaleb didn’t recognise him straight away.
“The next day I told Jeremy that I thought I saw David Cameron in town the other day,” Cooper said in an interview to the press. “Jeremy said, ‘Yeah, he did tell me. You didn’t realise who he was, did you?’ I said, no.”
Kaleb has also commented on the relationship between he and Jeremy Clarkson:
“When we’re together we just laugh all the time, our banter and sense of humour are very much the same,” Cooper said. “He’s a great chap.”
