Angela’s Nissan GT-R Makes 685HP To The Wheels With Stock Turbos

AMS Performance truly sits at the top of the hill when it comes to the coveted Nissan GT-R. The tuning company, and its sister company Alpha Performance, really know how to extract the most out of Japanese and German sports cars, and their latest video is complete proof of this.

This 2014 Nissan GT-R is owned by Angela Volk, and looks great in its black paint job and aftermarket wheels. According to her Instagram, it will be “sending people to gapplebees and hurt some grown men’s feelings”.

Yeah, it looks quite stock, and to add to this, the twin turbos are also factory fresh. But AMS has added plenty of bolt-on parts to this car, including the AMS Performance Alpha 7 Kit and a hidden AMS Spec FMIC (Front Mount Intercooler), plus a few more small bits to hold it all together. The company also added a custom cast downpipes and 90mm Y Race mid-pipe. But to add the cherry to the rather delicious sundae they’ve got going here, they set it the car up for drag racing, with an AMS Race X with a single beadlock.

With the car on the dyno, the R35 produced 685WHP, a bit more than the stock 545 hp and 463 lb-ft of torque. Stock, the car would hit 60mph in just 3 seconds, and while we’d love to know how fast this GT-R is, we’re not told.
