Bugatti Rear Panel Delete Exposes Its Spectacular Engine And Intakes

Earlier today we brought you the news that Bugatti is going to be adding a second model to their, presently, single car portfolio. It’s going to be drivable day to day, and will more than likely be completely all-electric. For some people, this simply won’t be braggy enough. The Chiron, and previously the Veyron stood out on the road like a nun in a brothel and that’s one of the main reasons they were loved (and hated) so much. Now, the Royalty Exotic Cars team takes their Veyron to the next level.

No, it’s not a body kit and it’s not a new exhaust system. Instead, they’ve removed several body panels at the rear of the car to expose the powerful W16 engine sat behind the seats, as well as the base chassis of the supercar. This accentuates the overhead ram air intakes and exposes that gorgeous engine to the world.

It’s never been easier to sink your eyes into the 8.0-litre, quad-turbo engine that’s able to produce 1,001 bhp, but of course, it does interfere with the car’s spectacular aerodynamics. I also expect many of you to turn your nose up at this – calling it a form of blasphemy or saying the owner has ruined its fine lines that were expertly engineered by the VW-owned marque.

Well, the thing is, when you buy your Veyron, you can keep your rear panelling on the car. But as the owner expresses in the video, he doesn’t care. And of course, it is only temporary. There is plenty more planned for this car, so we’ll make sure to keep you updated on the build!

Let us know what you think in the comments. Do you love it? Or loathe it?
