Dad Attempting To Impress Daughter’s Boyfriend In ’66 Corvette Goes Incredibly Wrong
If you had a 1966 Chevrolet Corvette, I’d be inclined to show off a little. But it all went wrong for this dad as he tries to show off to his daughter’s boyfriend with his stunning classic American muscle car.
The crash happened back in April, but it’s now the hilarious clip has been introduced to YouTube viewers.
According to Carscoops, the owner of the sports car had only just pulled it out of his basement garage after a six-month slumber. This was when he decided to reverse up the driveway for everyone to see and perform a burnout in front of them. Only thing is… it didn’t quite work.
Instead, the car launches itself into a fence and the side of his house after both the footbrake and handbrake don’t work. Impressively, he avoids both the Nissan 350Z and Dodge Challenger and the lake, and instead decides to hit the side of his house to stop the car.
The car was damaged badly, but it’s not as bad as it could have been.
