This 3,000HP Twin Turbo Lamborghini Huracan Has A Top Speed Of 252MPH

Lamborghinis are already as fast as you need them to be when you buy them. But when the Christmas family get a hold of them, it’s safe to say these Italian supercars are turned up to 11.

They’ve gone down to this year’s Pike’s Peak Airstrip Attack with both of their twin-turbo Lamborghini Huracans and are looking to take home a world record. Coy is looking to beat the half-mile record which currently stands at 257mph.

With about 80% of the power available, Coy aims for 250mph. It manages 243mph on this run, but there’s plenty more where that came from. Second run in the car named ‘Cotton Candy’, they reach a crazy 248mph, a personal best for the driver. The following run, Coy reaches 252mph.

With Coy’s wife racing a Ford GT and his son racing the other twin-turbo Huracan between his runs, Coy lines up at the start for the final run of the day. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to beat his previous run. Despite this, he went home smiling with some serious speed under his belt.
