What is the Manhart MH4 600
The German tuner has now launched the latest addition to its portfolio – the Manhart MH4 600. This vehicle is based on the BMW M4 Competition from the G82 generation and boasts subtle yet impactful changes. The standard Style 1000 M forged wheels from the M Performance Parts range are kept on the car, but now boast a stunning matte gold bronze finish. The front wheels measure 20 inches in diameter, while the rear set are 21 inches.
The MH4 600 also features a collection of carbon fibre components handpicked from both the Manhart and M Performance Parts ranges, available for purchase individually or as a set.
The real highlight of this vehicle, however, is its upgraded engine. Thanks to Manhart’s auxiliary control unit, the twin-turbo 3.0-liter S58 engine now produces an impressive 635 horsepower (474 kilowatts) and 575 pound-feet (780 Newton-meters) of torque. This results in a quick 0-200 km/h acceleration time of just 10.5 seconds. The car’s engine is made even more sonorous thanks to a Manhart stainless steel exhaust system, with optional carbon-coated pipes available, and the choice between 300-cell GESI catalytic converters or none at all.
To enhance the car’s handling performance, the suspension has been fine-tuned with options for H&R springs or even the a full Manhart coilover suspension conversion. The BMW carbon ceramic brake system, which requires an additional fee, remains unchanged.
While these options are not TÜV approved in Germany and are intended for export only, Manhart has once again shown us what their tuning specialists are capable of.
