There could be a new Rolls Royce on the way thanks to a tip given to CarScoops from an industry insider.
To see the teaser image, in all its glory make sure to check out the article here.
The photo shows a very intriguing roof design that leaves rather a lot to the imagination unfortunately. Looking at the image, we have no idea whether the vehicle will feature gullwing doors or if the roof is made up of individual glass panels which make it look like the car could feature the infamous gullwing doors. As is seemingly the case more and more these days, it appears the wing mirrors have been ditched in favour of smaller rear facing cameras.
It’s very difficult to judge the shape of the vehicle from this image but it appears to be a smaller model and to b in a two door arrangement, much like the Rolls Royce Wraith.
If this teaser is legit, it could very well be the next product in line for mass production by Rolls Royce but it could also very much be the latest one off model that Rolls Royce has produced for one of their uber wealthy clients, similar to the $12.8 million Rolls Royce Sweptail that was unveilled back in May 2017.
CarScoops tipster has speculated to them that the car was originally planned to be unveiled at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in August but has since been delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic. It is most likely that we won’t have to wait too long to see whatever Rolls Royce have planned here, as they’ll probably announce it through an online presentation in the near future.
We’ll be keeping our eye on any developments and will let you know as soon as there is any updates.♦ Follow Grand Tour Nation on Google News
