Pickup truck owners are insane. They are some of the most enthusiastic modders in the car community. But while most are fairly tasteful, this Dodge Ram owner has taken things to the next level.
Usually, trucks mods involve a lift kit, some huge wheels and tyres to improve its off-road capabilities, and usually a light bar the size of North Dakota is laid over the roof and bars at the front of the car. This… isn’t quite like that.
Yes, it’s been given huge wheel and tyres, but it’s also been given a huge Carolina Squat meaning its front sits much higher than its rear. It’s also been wrapped with something that resembles shiny tin foil, with it covering every single bit of paint and even some of the body plastics. The owner certainly isn’t going to lose it in a carpark, unless you’re parking next to the likes of a Tesla Cybertruck maybe.
What’s left of the truck is wrapped in black tape, defining the angles of the truck like its headlights, fog lights, and grille. Look into the centre of that grille and you’ll spot a huge X-Metal badge, as well as a few LED lights.
Look down the side and you’ll spot wider arches and small batman stickers on the mirrors, and while we don’t have any photos of the rear of the car, it’s likely it’s just as outrageous. Do I like it? Um, that’s debatable. It’s not quite my style, but it certainly stands out and who am I to say what someone can do with their own truck.
