Video: McLaren 720S Accelerates to 202MPH Like Nothing You’ve Ever Seen
It’s no secret that the McLaren 720S is one hell of a car. The British company mixed their sporting pedigree with the drivability of a Ford Fiesta, and out from the dark depths of their base in Woking came the carbon fibre monocoqued supercar that we’ve all grown to love. Albeit it with a slight indifference to its front headlight design. but there’s no denying that the 720S is one of the fastest cars on the road.
But when you watch a POV (point of view) video, you really get a sense of the forces the driver is put under as the car accelerates to 202mph like it’s nothing. It’s almost an afterthought as the car hits speeds that would give you jail time in some countries in mere moments. I suppose it’s a good thing that I don’t own one, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to write this from my comfortable office.
