Is Abbie Eaton Leaving The Grand Tour After Season 3?

As I’m sure you are all now aware, The Grand Tour Season 4 and 5 have both been officially confirmed. But there are a few changes that are going to be taking place after this third season has come to an end.

“There are only so many times you can watch a BMW go round the track,” Jeremy Clarkson says. “It’s the end of an era.”

The tent is to be no more, but where does that leave Abbie Eaton, the famous, albeit nameless racing driver who has been driving for The Grand Tour after she took over from Skinner (The American) after Season 1?

If there is to be no more track driving, then that surely leaves Miss Eaton out of a job. However, in our Season 3 trailer breakdown, you can see her taking part in a race with Jeremy Clarkson in the snow – could this mean she might take more of a part while the trio are out on their road trips? Possibly.

She has also expressed an interest in driving in Australia in the Supercars racing series soon following her successful stint in the Maxda MX5 Super Cup and Amateur class. Her experience on the Eboladrome will surely also have a positive push on her career as a professional racing driver.

Her future on The Grand Tour currently hangs in the balance, but whatever she does, we will support her completely.
