Jeremy Clarkson Attempts To Fit In At His First Football Match

After seeing Jeremy venture to a Chelsea game with his new love interest, I thought we should venture back to his days of, well, having a full head of hair!

While filming a segment for his short-lived chat show named ‘Clarkson’, he spends a day at his home club of Doncaster where they’re heading off against Frickley.

Clarkson does his best to fit in with his Doncastian brothers and sisters, but repeatedly fails, so is shown the ropes by Bill, a fella he met ‘down tut pub’. He and a young supporter teaches the young Clarkson the words to the ‘We aint Frickley’ song, and after attempting his own lyrics and getting shot down, Clarkson relaxes back into his Doncaster heritage.

Setting up a plan to move the Doncaster club into the big leagues (I’m trying to use football words but I’ve no idea what I’m doing), he puts together a promotional video. The most trustworthy, informative promotional video you will ever see. Including bits of information such as ‘it’s the sunniest place on Earth’ and ‘It’s not a bag of shite.’

He tried…

So get a cold one, and have a laugh at the young Jeremy trying to sell his hometown to the rest of the world.

Ignore Frickley, though. They smell.

Alex started racing at a young age so certainly knows his way around a car and a track. He can just about put a sentence together too, which helps. He has a great interest in the latest models, but would throw all of his money at a rusty old French classic and a 300ZX. Contact: [email protected]
