Recently, Jeremy opened up about the support he has received from his co-stars, Richard Hammond and James May. While speaking to Express.co.uk during his third Hawkstone Session, hosted at the Hawkstone Brewery, Jeremy was asked if his co-stars have been supportive of his farming venture.

According to Jeremy, Richard was set to attend the event to promote his lager, made using produce from Diddly Squat Farm, but James did not seem to show as much interest. He said:

“I don’t think James is particularly [supportive]. I don’t think he’s watched [Clarkson’s Farm] I don’t know.”

The star added that James had described farming as “big gardening.” Despite this, Jeremy was still able to enjoy some time at his brewery, surrounded by 2,500 monthly subscribers who got free tickets to see live music from JP Cooper and Jack Savoretti. He was joined by his girlfriend Lisa Hogan, Kaleb Cooper, and fans of his Diddly Squat Farm-made products, including a new vodka made with local ingredients.

The comments from James come after he was asked by The Sun if he would ever consider getting into farming, to which he replied:

“Christ no. Farming is just big gardening in my view. I’m not going anywhere near that.”

The second series of Clarkson’s Farm is due to be released on Prime Video on February 10.
