The Grand Tour Rides into Nashville on Wave of Premiere Success

Get ready America, the boys are back in town. That’s right, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May have arrived in Nashville to begin filming another episode of The Grand Tour!

Richard Hammond tweeted this picture, at 7pm CST (Nov 19th), showing James May sitting rather comfortably in the Nashville, Tennessee Airport.

It would seem that being old automatically causes you to be drawn to rocking chairs like birds are drawn to fly south for the winter. It could also just be what happens when you’re James May and your favorite hobby is being slow.

The Grand Tour has been getting amazingly good reviews from its first episode, which featured the holy trinity of cars, the Mclaren P1, Ferrari LaFerrari, and the Porsche 918. The premiere episode, which was also filmed, in part, in the United States, outside of Los Angeles, also featured the BMW M2, several quirky comedy bits, and an amazing, tear-jerker of an introduction into the series. The Nashville taping is the 5th stop in filming on the boy’s worldwide tour. A Grand Tour you could say (haha).
