So, here are your top 5 cars from The Grand Tour Season 2.
5. Ford GT
Requested first by @Sterbi_
First shown in Episode 2 of the second season, the Ford GT was driven by Clarkson during the race against a disabled Hammond and a slow May who took public transport. the car is marketed as a ‘racecar for the road’, and Clarkson certainly agreed with that. It was rough, loud, but fast and, as we found out from the time it posted on the Eboladrome, incredibly capable. It posted a 1:17.6 at the hands of Abbie Eaton.
4. Aventador S
Requested first by @Beamer_mad97
During the first episode of the season it was pitted against the hybrid Honda NSX and the all-electric Rimac Concept One. It came out on top at the Hill Climb at the hands of a Lamborghini test driver, even against the all-powerful Rimac.
3. McLaren 720S
Requested first by @gowthamoleti
This was the second car of the season to be broken by Hammond. This time, it wasn’t a crash that got it, but a refuelling of the tank with water. Yep, not petrol, water. It replaces the 650S, and while it is better in almost every way, it posted exactly the same time on the Eboladrome with a 1:17.9. Hammond seemed to love it on its test drive, however. Its eye socket-esque headlights came under mixed reviews when it was first released, but overall it’s a gorgeous car.
2. Lancia 037

With the above segment being the most loved segment of the second season, and probably the first as well, the Lancia 037 received a lot of love. It was designed for Group B rally and therefore 200 units had to be produced. It was fast, dangerous, and produced a heritage alongside the Audi Quattro.
1. Rimac Concept_One

So here it is, the all-electric Rimac was your favourite car from the season. Not such a surprise as it was the most powerful car involved but also… well… Hammond crashed it. Because of that it became the most memorable and, according to you on Instagram, your favourite.
