The Grand Tour

Fans React To The Grand Tour Future Being Confirmed by Amazon Studios

Amazon Studio bosses have confirmed that The Grand Tour will not be coming to an end anytime soon.

“The second thing that hasn’t changed at all since [we launched] in 2018,  is we’re still sending three old blokes around the world playing with cars and our customers just love it,” Georgia Brown told fans.

“So we will keep doing it, as long as there is a demand for it!”

This news, reported yesterday, was unsurprisingly one of our most popular pieces this month, and you lovely readers had plenty to say about it. so here’s some of your best reactions all in one place.

“That’s great news. Glad The Grand Tour is cool continuing. Absolutely love the it. Keep watching all the old episodes to keep me going until the next one comes along.”

“They can do a special a year and that will be perfectly fine.”

“They were amazing beginning in season one and their specials have always been great even the days of Top Gear. I was so honored to have been in the Nashville audience I even bought the same exact Abarth 124 Spider Richard tested the following episode.”

“One a year isn’t enough. And Amazon is removing the older series”

“Can’t wait for them to come back…never missed an episode even when they were doing Top Gear!!”

“So one episode a year.. Ok”

“Do they still make any shows? Been a long time it seems.”

“So basically Amazon will keep making it as long as our 3 hosts want to do it!”

“I keep re watching carnage-a-Trois every time you watch it, there’s something new you missed the last time.”

YouTube

“I seriously burst out crying to this news i prepared myself for the worst but this is great so happy and i just met Richard and i met Jeremy a while back so that will make these next episodes even more special.”

They could keep doing it until they are 110 years old and I’d still be watching. If someone gave me the fountain of youth. I’d honestly just give it to these 3.”

“I’m so glad these bloke are coming back to film more episodes. Richard Jeremy and James are bloody legends.”

“Best news of the year. Happy to watch reruns for the next 10 years, but with such a loyal fan base, I’m not surprised Amazon continued on.”

“This and the second season of Clarkson’s farm, I cannot wait!”

“You fab three I will miss the three of you together when it all ends there will be tears so not just yet we have been with the Trio since it all began on top gear and it’s been a magical ride the queens Platinum Jubilee will be having Dames in jags I will be going to see them. It would be great if the fab three where in Jags as well see you all soon on the next Grand Tour and the farm.”

“I wish they would stop now I’m not gonna lie it’s getting boring now.”

As you can see, the reactions is mostly positive with the majority of fans looking forward to more episodes. There are some who are disappointed with the number of episodes being released each year, but with the number of external projects that Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May have taken on outside of The Grand Tour, this isn’t a surprise. Alex started racing at a young age so certainly knows his way around a car and a track. He can just about put a sentence together too, which helps. He has a great interest in the latest models, but would throw all of his money at a rusty old French classic and a 300ZX. Contact: [email protected]
