A Grand Tour Through Italy

The presenters go on a Grand Tour through Italy in three very different cars. May in the Rolls-Royce Dawn, Clarkson in the Aston Martin DB11 and Hammond in the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat.

Clarkson and May start their tour at the Palio di Siena horse race, before driving to The Birth of Venus painting at Uffizi Gallery in Florence. But Hammond, wanting to test his muscle car, forces Jeremy to race him around Mugello Circuit while James May does some painting.

Later on, Hammond visits the Lamborghini museum while Clarkson and May go to the Verona Arena to watch Carmen. They eventually end at the Venetian Lagoon with good spirits due to their cars, however, the argument of the Aston being orange or brown still remains open.

Clarkson’s House

As Jeremy Clarkson lost his bet during the first episode, his house is indeed destroyed by Hammond and May who eventually use dynamite to blow it up.

Simon Pegg falls to his death before getting to the tent, so instead, Clarkson discusses self-driving cars by Google. Clarkson attempts to make his own. It’s phone operated but actually turns out to just be a Romanian man on a trike inside a septic tank with a seat on the top.
