The Grand Tour Fans React To A Massive Hunt Madagascar Special Trailer

The trailer for the next episode of The Grand Tour has been released after much waiting, and fans are finally able to sink their teeth into some new content from Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May on December 18th later this year.

This next episode follows the trio to Madagascar in three modified cars, a Bentley Continental GT, a Ford Focus RS, and a Caterham Seven, in search for pirate treasure according to the trailer. We think it looks ace, but how are the fans reacting?

YouTube

at the time of this article, the trailer only has 170,590 views, but almost 2,000 comments. It’s no surprise that a lot of these comments revolve around the fact it’s been released so late in the year.

We also have a description of the cars which, frankly, is far too real.

There’s no surprise that this trailer was going to include the childish humour we all love…

Oh and… did you notice the name?

Twitter

Heading to Twitter, it looks as though this may have come just in time for some fans.

And yes, the name brought some attention here, too.

Facebook

We can always rely on our Facebook commenters to make us laugh.

But it seems as though Facebook is still annoyed by how long it’s taken them to release the trailer, and trust is certainly running low.

One fan has had enough with the criticism, though, and proceeds to explain why fans shouldn’t be so critical. This was also the highest liked comment in the thread.

There’s a large mix of reactions here, ranging from annoyance to excitement, and it’s fairly obvious that the long wait hasn’t done Amazon any favours. But, with the trailer promising an episode worthy of old Top Gear specials, we here at GTN are very excited to see what’s to come.

It may have been a long wait, but we’re sure it will be worth it.
