Tesla Cyberquad Should Never Have Been Sold As It Fails Federal Safety Standards

The Tesla Cyberquad for Kids has been recalled for failing federal safety standards, by the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
The CPSC states that the Cyberquad doesn’t have an approved ATV action plan which raises questions over how it was able to be produced in the first place. They said:
“[The Cyberquad] fails to comply with the federal mandatory safety standard requirements for youth ATVs, including mechanical suspension and maximum tire pressure.
