Twitter Lawyers Hit Back At Elon Musk’s Latest Filing

The Twitter vs. Elon Musk battle seems to be getting more dramatic by the day in the lead up to the upcoming trial.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk has recently put in another filing against the social media platform which sets out several more reasons why he is terminating the contract to purchase the company. It didn’t take long for Twitter to publicly respond to this with their lawyer, William Savitt, branding the latest filing as “invalid and wrongful.”

The latest filing also mentioned the allegations of Pieter Zatko, former security chief at Twitter and whistleblower.
