First Look At The Grand Tour Presents: Seamen – The Trio Discuss Their Boats
Here’s our first proper look at the upcoming feature film, The Grand Tour Presents: Seamen. The following clip follows the trio as they arrive to the filming location with their three boats in the pouring rain.
Richard Hammond arrives in a ‘pointy’ boat first. Jeremy Clarkson arrives and identifies it as a Scarab, a good, fast boat. While it’s usually seen in Miami, it has plenty of power with two V8s hidden under the body producing 850hp. Jeremy explains hw his very intimidating boat has a total of 700hp in total, and how Hammond’s is too powerful. Before they can argue too much, James May arrives.
He pulls up in a river boat, a very slow and awkward looking things which really isn’t suited to the task they have planned. “That’s the most inappropriate thing I’ve ever seen,” says Clarkson as James gets onto dry land. “It’s a pleasure craft,” James replies, “it’s only a gentle lake, it’s not stormy or anything.”

“Really” Jeremy responds with rain dripping from his face from the torrential downpour they’re currently experiencing.
We really can’t wait to see the show which airs on the 13th of this month.
