Clarkson Gets Ripped Apart Once Again After Insensitive Tweet After Car Accident

On our daily dose of ‘oh dear Clarkson’s done something wrong again’, we look at his latest Twitter antics.

Only days ago, Clarkson was blasted on Twitter for an insensitive tweet regarding a fatal car accident that happened in London. The backlash that resulted from that was fierce, and we won’t go into it fully here. But in essence, he was asked to join the police so he could understand exactly what takes time. He of course, didn’t answer. You can read about it in full by clicking here.

Well folks, he’s done the same thing once again with another accident which occurred on the M4. And to us, it’s made him look a bit stupid. He’s obviously either not understood or just ignored the information that was given to him previously, despite several police forces getting in touch with him, and he’s made himself look like a pillock because of this. It’s no surprise that people have attacked this tweet.

People were keen to react with the fact that the police don’t only need to clear up the road after catering to those involved, but need to collect evidence from the area. And of course, Clarkson was told to follow the police during attending a road incident so he can understand first hand what happens and what takes time. This time he replied, saying he’d already done that. See here.

Now, do we believe him? I’m not sure we do to be honest, and others were keen to show the same thinking.

The accident occurred on the M4 last Thursday between a mar and a motorbike. An man has been taken to a major trauma unit by air ambulance after the crash. We wish him the best.

We think Clarkson should maybe step back from Twitter for a while…

Alex started racing at a young age so certainly knows his way around a car and a track. He can just about put a sentence together too, which helps. He has a great interest in the latest models, but would throw all of his money at a rusty old French classic and a 300ZX. Contact: alex@grandtournation.com
