Jeremy Clarkson Fired: 86% Of People Believe Amazon Is Wrong To Cancel The Grand Tour

According to research performed by Grand Tour Nation, 86% of people believe that Amazon is wrong to cancel The Grand Tour and Clarkson’s Farm after Jeremy Clarkson’s controversial column on Meghan Markle.

According to a source close to the Telegraph, it appears that Jeremy Clarkson, the former host of Top Gear, may be facing termination from his current employer, Amazon. The reason for this potential dismissal is said to stem from a recent column he wrote about Meghan Markle. However, some industry insiders believe that Amazon may be using this as an excuse to let go of Clarkson, as they believe he is not quite in their desired “league” of content.

This news comes as a surprise to many, as Clarkson has been a popular figure in the world of television for quite some time. He was the host of the hit show Top Gear for decades, and his unique sense of humour and charisma made him a beloved figure among fans. However, it seems that his recent comments about Meghan Markle may have been the last straw for Amazon, and they have decided to part ways with him.

Grand Tour Nation conducted a poll on its YouTube channel with over 13,000 people taking part.

86% of people believe that Amazon is wrong to drop Jeremy Clarkson whereas only 9% believe the streaming giant is right. 5% of the 13,000 votes are unsure.

It’s therefore of no surprise that this is causing such uproar.

On top of these Amazon rumours, there are also rumours circulating that ITV may not renew their contract with Clarkson for their popular quiz show, “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?”. It is said that the network is currently exploring other potential candidates to take over the role of host, as they look to refresh and update the show.

This is certainly a difficult time for Clarkson, as he faces the possibility of losing not two, but three high-profile shows. However, he has always been known as a resilient and determined individual, and it is likely that he will bounce back and find success in other ventures. It will be interesting to see what the future holds for this popular presenter, and whether or not he will be able to recover from this setback.
