Fans React To BBC Asking Jeremy Clarkson To Return To Top Gear

You may have heard that in a recent interview, The Grand Tour presenter Jeremy Clarkson admitted that the BBC had asked him to return to BBC’s Top Gear after its low popularity with the likes of Chris Evans and Matt LeBlanc at its helm. According to Clarkson, he “had a meeting with a BBC executive… and they asked if I’d come back to Top Gear.”

“Too much has gone on,” he said. “After I’d been compared to Jimmy Savile by someone from the BBC and it was splashed all over a Sunday newspaper, how could I go back?”
