Watch A Stadium Super Truck Driver Crash But Miraculously Maintain His Lead With Crazy Save
Stadium Super Trucks racing is the real deal. It’s fast, hectic, and with plenty of power to throw the rear wheels out of traction and push the trucks sideways through each corner. What makes it really cool, though, is the movement in the suspension. It means as the cars lean, their wheels raise from the road like they’re giving a toast to the spectators who are, of course, screaming at the carnage.
To top it all off, they have jumps on the course. Jumps! You wouldn’t find those in Formula 1.

During Race 1 of the Gold Coast 600 round last weekend, one of the most spectacular pieces of racing occurred. Ever. Toby Price, leading the race, took a jump but hit it at a slightly odd angle. On touching back down to the ground the truck threw itself to the side, launching it towards the wall. Thankfully, the talented driver was able to style it out, pull a 360, and match the speed of the trucks behind him, maintaining his lead.
Unfortunately, unlike Formula 1, once you’re in first position, there’s still a chance you’re going to be eaten by the trucks nipping at your rear bumper. Before long, Price was in sixth with Robby Gordon taking first place and Matt Brabham of Brabham fame, taking second.
