NUMBER 10: Lamborghini Sian

Lamborghini, finally making an appearance on our list, comes in at number 10 with their electrified hypercar. The Sian, which expands upon their Aventador SVJ’s 6.5L V12 by adding a 48-volt hybrid system, delivers a whopping 819 horsepower!

Lamborghini’s Sian is limited to only 63 vehicles, and as the most powerful car they’ve ever made, they are charging $3.6 million for each one!

NUMBER 9: Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300 +

Oh, Bugatti? What a surprise! This time, they’re releasing another modified run of their Chiron, except, as the name suggests, this is a street-legal version of the car they got to go over 300 mph! Now, before you get too excited, they are limiting the street legal run to 277 mph, as if you could ever find a road that would let you realize that potential.

The engine has received a 100 horsepower boost over the base Chiron, up to 1600 total horsepower! Bugatti is only making 30 of these, starting in 2021, and they’re increasing the price to $3.9 million.

NUMBER 8: Lamborghini Veneno

The Veneno was Lamborghini’s most expensive vehicle ever when it released in 2014, and it retains that title to this day. The Veneno took the Aventador, and upgraded its 6.5L V12, so that it produced 740 horsepower and 509 lb-ft of torque. It could get from 0 to 60 in just 2.9 seconds, and was available as either a coupe or convertible.

Only 14 were made, and at the time, Lamborghini charge $4.5 million for the honor of owning one. Since then, they’ve gone for much higher.

NUMBER 7: Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita

The most expensive Koenigsegg ever made, the CCXR Trevita has some wild features. Its engine is a twin-turbocharged 4.8L V8 with 1,004 horsepower and 797 lb-ft of torque, which gives it a top speed of 254 mph. It also has a diamond-coated carbon-fiber body, which I will now motivate nightmares of accidental scratchings. It also has very cool pivoting door hinges, which Koenigsegg is known for.

Koenigsegg intended to only make three of these bad boys, but apparently only followed through with two of them. Floyd Mayweather bought one, and most likely paid the sticker price of $4.8 million.

NUMBER 6: Pagani Huayra Imola

As you know, Pagani don’t play, and with their Imola Huayra they added 36 horsepower to the twin-turbocharged 6.0L V12 from the BC Roadster. The Imola then gets a total 827 horsepower and 811 lb-ft of torque. Additionally Pagani redesigned the car to feature new swops and wings, which undoubtedly look sick.

The most powerful Pagani ever comes at a price. The limited run of five Imolas will cost $5.4 million each!

NUMBER 5: Bugatti Divo

This may seem like a two-player game of tag between Bugatti and Pagani, and it almost is. With the Divo, Bugatti lightened the Chiron, shedding a crazy 77 pounds, while keeping the 1,500 horsepower of its predecessor. Like the PUR sport, they’ve also changed the aerodynamics for agility over top speed.

The Divo, which gets around the Nardo Circuit eight seconds faster than the Chiron, will be limited to 40 examples. If you want one, you better bring a cashier’s check for… $5.8 million!

NUMBER 4: Mercedes-Maybach Exelero

This very special luxury sports car, the Exelero, was made by Mercedes-Maybach in 2004, as a special tire-testing vehicle for German company Fulda. Inside its Batmobile front-end sits a twin-turbo V12 with 690 horsepower and 752 lb-ft of torque. Even though it was made to be luxurious, it is no slouch, with a  top speed of 218 mph.

The Exelero isn’t for everybody, since there was only one made. In fact, even if they did make more, few could afford its $8 million dollar cost.

NUMBER 3: Bugatti Centodieci

Made to celebrate the 110-year anniversary of Bugatti, the Centodieci is a gorgeous run of 1,577 horsepower W16 sculptures on wheels. The extremely limited cars have a limited top speed of 236 mph, which is easily accomplished by the quad-turbocharged 8L engine.

Bugatti only intends to make 10 of these, as a reference to its dieci namesake, and each one will fetch a hefty $8.9 million.

NUMBER 2: Bugatti La Voiture Noire

The most expensive Bugatti on our list is yet another from the Chiron family of cars, the La Voiture Noire. This one-of-a-kind masterpiece uses the same W16 we have seen in the Chiron and other Bugattis, with a still impressive 1,479 horsepower and 1,180 lb-ft of torque.

The exterior has been redesigned in homage to Jean Bugatti’s Type 57 SC Atlantic. It has new wheels, custom hand-crafted carbon-fiber bodywork, an illuminated Bugatti badge, and six exhaust tips!

There was only one, but it did sell for a mindblowing $12.5 million dollars!

NUMBER 1: Rolls-Royce Sweptail

This secretive automobile tops our list, even though the reported $12.8 million price has not been officially disclosed by Rolls-Royce. The Sweptail is another one-off creation, rumoured to belong to a super-yacht expert. Featuring a 6.75L V12, it’s no slouch, producing around 450 horsepower.

It reportedly took Rolls almost five years to build, by hand of course, in the UK. The Sweptail was debuted at the 2017 Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este and since has sat atop the most expensive car thrown.
